Homelessness: What’s Being Done?
In response to the steady increase in persons without adequate housing, a growing number of organizations and educational institutions at both the local and national levels are undertaking initiatives, practices and research to address homelessness.
This parallel growth of innovative work must be centralized to share the wealth of information and create a space to share innovative and effective practices.
There is also a growing recognition that the voices of the homeless need to be heard in their efforts to secure safe, affordable and permanent accommodation.
